Redemption
I’d rather not comment too much on last week’s game. All I will say is the Ti-Cats played well and we played like crap.
Thursday we play the B.C Lions
at home and we definitely need
to redeem ourselves before
we head out for the by week.
Football is brutal
on the body
and injuries are
part of the game.
We have to
take care
of “the temple”
in order to
stay heathy.
Spending 10 to 20 minutes
a day in an ice tub is normal.
It is great for the legs,
but a bit uncomfortable
on other extremities.
Here’s Charles
Roberts showing
the importance
of rest.
This is my third season
with the Bombers and up
until this year, I haven’t
fully explored much of
Manitoba outside Winnipeg.

This year I wanted to see more of the province and broaden my scope on what this area has to offer. Here’s some shot of Doug Brown and I up at West Hawk.
I caught this
sunset on the way home.

A few weeks ago,I meet a group of under 17 football players from Thunder Bay. Their team had been thrown together at the last minute to compete in a tournment here in Winnipeg. They barely had enough guys to fill their roster and most everyone played both ways. They were an awesome group of guys and they played their butts off.
Great to meet you guys, good luck.
Next week is the by,
so I’m headed back to the West Coast to see my family and my dog. Have a good week. I’ll have some photos from my trip when I get back.
