Local antitrust fight goes to D.C. (Dallas Morning News)

FLOWER MOUND – A little dress shop in a Dallas suburb is trying to preserve a 100-year-old law against price-fixing. Phil Smith is going to Washington, D.C., today to watch lawyers argue his case before the U.S. Supreme Court on Monday morning.
