Golf company gets 10-year deal (Royal Oak Daily Tribune)
City guaranteed $25,000 next year from its two courses. ROYAL OAK — The city approved a 10-year lease Monday with the management company operating the two public golf courses that guarantees some green for the municipal coffers.
