    1. A new USGA rule allowing 15 clubs rather than the current 14. Let’s be honest. Tour players don’t need 15 clubs, but my friends at Take-Your-Lumps Links certainly do. A 15-club rule would stimulate golf equipment sales and benefit golfers who need more clubs to execute a variety of shots.
