Always a good day to play golf (Florence Morning News)

In the recesses of my mind, it’s a day much like yesterday: Cold, only slightly less rainy and with an icy nip in the air. What a miserable day for golf. But in that time, in that place, I am much younger, impervious to things like cold weather and rain. In the here and now, you would have to physically pry me from my recliner, take me to the golf course and pay for my round if you want …
