Construction constricts Oxford park (Northeast Mississippi Daily Journal)
OXFORD - Runners, walkers and bikers in Lamar Park will have a shorter route through September, but the inconvenience promises to be worth it. Half the park is closed to accommodate heavy equipment adding several new amenities to the city’s largest park.
