Pact closer on plan for disc golf course (The Patriot-News)

CARLISLE - The borough’s parks and recreation board is coming closer to terms with a group that wants to create a disc golf course. The Carlisle Area Disc Golf Association has negotiated with the borough since summer to gain use of 14-acre Shaffer Park for the sport.

    SAN FRANCISCO (Thomson Financial) - Callaway Golf Co. said Thursday it has agreed to a five-year worldwide licensing agreement with St Andrews Links to develop dual-branded golf accessories. Financial terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.
