Fortune Brands Inc. said its board approved a quarterly cash dividend of 42 cents. The company, which makes liquor and consumer products including Jim Beam bourbon, Moen faucets and Titleist golf clubs, said the dividend is payable on June 2 to shareholders of record as of May 14.
