Cards Inspire Hope for Cold Cases (R News)

A new program hopes to solve cold cases in New York State. Cayuga County Sheriff David Gould distributed decks of playing cards to inmates at the county’s prison. The inmates can check out pictures and information on the card, which details a missing person case of unsolved homicide.
