Put through the mill (Knoxville News Sentinel)

Day or night, the White Lily flour mill on Depot Street never closed. One shift would follow another as the mill worked to keep up with heavy demand for its products, remembers Mike Cruze, who spent 32 years at the plant, 15 of them monitoring the milling operation from a control room.
