Penn Yan Man Faces Sex Abuse Charges (R News)

A Yates County man is behind bars on sexual abuse charges. Sheriff’s deputies say Aaron Newman of Penn Yan inappropriately touched a child under the age of 13. The alleged incidents happened between 2004 and 2006.
