Fourth suspect charged in golf cart joy ride case (The Chronicle)

A juvenile charged in the theft of a golf cart near Blacks Beach in Ferry County is the fourth Republic resident facing charges in the case. James Brockett, 17, was charged in Ferry County Superior Court May 22 with theft of a motor vehicle and second-degree theft.
