Contracted FEMA inspector charged with assault (The Gazette)

A Federal Emergency Management Agency housing inspector was arrested this morning after police said he nearly hit a Penford Products employee with his car, then slammed his arm with a golf club.Vincent Koley, 74, of Chapin, S.C., was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon after the 11:30 a.m. incident, the Cedar Rapids Police Department reported.Koley was driving south on First Street SW …
