Fort Ridgely golf course opens Saturday (Mankato Free Press)

A major facelift on the Fort Ridgely State Park golf course will be unveiled to the public Saturday. Years of planning and construction went into the $2.2 million redesign of the 81-year-old, nine-hole course, which has been closed for restoration since 2006.
