Golf Notes: Headman in familiar territory (Star Beacon)

Jeff Headman is at it again.The Edgewood High School graduate and Conneaut resident carded an even-par 72 Thursday in the North Coast Junior Golf Tour stop at Punderson State Golf Course in Newbury to lead all competitors. The 2005 and 2006 Star Beacon Ashtabula County Player of the Year also won the boys 16-19 age group by five shots over runner-up John Angelo of Mayfield Heights.
