Silver Sage at Red Sky Ranch opens for dinner to the public (Vail Daily)

Silver Sage at Red Sky Ranch in Wolcott is open to the public for dinner on Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 6 to 9 p.m. WOLCOTT — Silver Sage restaurant at Red Sky Golf Club has a new chef for the 2008 summer season.
