Fortune Brands raises dividend (AP via Yahoo! Finance)

Wine and spirits maker Fortune Brands Inc., which also sells home and hardware products and golf equipment, said Friday it will raise its quarterly dividend by 8 cents to an annual rate of $1.76, or 44 cents per quarter.
