Distiller Fortune Brands Inc. will restructure its board of directors so members are elected annually. The Deerfield-based maker of Jim Bean whiskey, home and hardware products and golf equipment said Tuesday that it would seek shareholder approval to change the election process during its 2009 annual meeting.
