NIE golf tournament set for Aug. 15 (The Register-Herald)

For some people, just finding the smallest excuse to break out the golf clubs and hit the links is cause for celebration, but when golfing actually turns into an activity to help a cause, well, that is just a win-win situation for everybody.

    Jay Terry usually celebrates Christmas away from home. He’s spent more than a couple Thanksgivings packing a truck. Some days come with 12 hours of work, maybe more on those sticky ones in August when Husker football coaches call for two practices.
