Oakland Hills too much for some of golf’s best (Macomb Daily)

BLOOMFIELD TWP. — After he missed a par putt on the eighth hole Friday, the ever-grouchy Colin Montgomerie — the Scrooge of American golf because of his many stellar performances during Ryder Cup play for Europe — scowled as he walked toward the ninth tee at Oakland Hills.
