Audit finds questionable spending of some of Kentucky’s tobacco settlement money (WHAS TV11 Louisville)

(WHAS11) - An audit has found questionable spending and little state oversight of $5 million dollars in tobacco settlement grant money. The cash went to a Louisville company that was hired to help Kentucky farmers sell their products.
