K&G Golf owner’s arraignment on felony theft charges set (Kingsport Times-News)

The owner of K&G Golf is set to be arraigned in two weeks after appearing on a felony theft charge today in Sullivan County Circuit court. Richard Miles Kilgore, 56, 550 Rock Springs Road, is set to be arraigned Aug. 28 after being indicted in July on a charge of theft over $10,000.
