Palmetto Bay Looks To Put Golf Carts On The Road (CBS4 Miami)

Palmetto Bay Council member Paul Neidhart hit the brakes on his two-toned, blue and beige golf cart, mindful of the stop sign ahead on Southwest 79th Avenue near his home off Coral Reef Drive.
