Potential neighbours may be good for mill (Nanaimo Daily News)

A year ago, a resort golf course and housing subdivision were not exactly high on the list of potential next-door neighbours for the management of the Harmac pulp mill. Today, Cable Bay Lands is casting itself in the role as a potential saviour for the beleaguered operation.
