    Weirton police have arrested a second person in connection with breaking into Williams Country Club and stealing golf equipment. Police arrested 27-year-old William English Jr. of Weirton.

    Regarding golf, I’m playing less and watching more this summer. Granted, I have less time than I once did; but with gas, milk, and heating oil so expensive, it’s not like there’s room in the budget to frequent the links anyway.
