Kim Worrel landed his first job at the age of 13 doing “anything and everything” at Crestview Golf Club in his native Muncie, Ind. Five years later, the owner had turned over the reins to Worrel. That set the stage for the rest of his career, and for more than 35 years Worrel has worked in the golf industry, including 10 years with Jack Nicklaus Club Management.
