New village administrator makes return to build in Rantoul (The Champaign News-Gazette)

On the wall of the Rantoul Municipal Building hangs a photo of the Rantoul Products industrial plant from about 20 years ago. If you look closely on the photo, you can see an Eagle Premier automobile owned by then-plant manager Bruce Sandahl, who helped start up the facility. It became Rantoul’s largest employer.
