Pacgen Enters Into a Letter of Intent With Medigen (Marketwire via Yahoo! Finance)
Pacgen Biopharmaceuticals Corporation announced today that it has entered into a letter of intent for a business combination with Medigen Biotechnology Corp., a biotech company traded over the bulletin board in Taiwan.
