Comcast profit soars, but stock falls as company reviews buyback (Market Watch)

Comcast Corp., the largest U.S. cable-television operator, says its third-quarter profit rises 38% on increased demand for its video, broadband and telephone services. But the company’s shares fell on news that it is reviewing its share buyback plans as the economy weakens.
