Deadline for golf course bids near (Ottumwa Courier)
OTTUMWA â The deadline is today so thereâs no reason for the Ottumwa City Council to tee off yet on golf-course issues. The city has posted a notice in hopes of attracting the right bidder to run Cedar Creek Golf Course, according to City Administrator Joe Helfenberger.
