Callaway says rival can’t sell Pro V1 ball (San Diego Union-Tribune)

Callaway Golf said yesterday that a federal judge had granted an order that could stop rival Acushnet from selling its popular Titleist Pro V1 golf balls after the first of the year. U.S. District Judge Sue Robinson in Wilmington, Del., issued a permanent injunction against Acushnet on Monday in a patent infringement case that Callaway won last year.
