Golf ball ruling goes against Acushnet Co. (The Standard-Times)
A federal court has ordered Acushnet Co. to halt sales of its wildly successful Titleist Pro V1 golf balls by Jan. 1, granting Callaway Golf’s request for a permanent injunction.
