Bob- I have noticed a definite increase in sales as a result of your free ad. Now what I want to do as a minimum
(until July when I crank up my advertising) is to stay with your ads. Charge me whatever but your site just feels
right and the honesty and devotion to what is highest in sport shines through as I said before. Just make sure I
stay on your site until I get my book out and get the product into final form. Right at the end of March we started
getting 2 or 3 inet orders per day where before it was one every couple of days and it has stayed that way
everyday since (w/ no other net ads). Ben Slavic vpgolf@sscoast.net
I am a coach for a girls softball team in Aledo, IL., grades 6th thru 8th grade. The program is ran through our
local YMCA and we compete with non-YMCA softball teams. Being associated with the YMCA it is sometimes
hard to blend in competitiveness with equality, as the YMCA does not deny anyone the opportunity to play.
Therefore it is hard to compete when the ability of the players on your team differ so much. The article on Better
Softball that I read on the Internet is an exellent approach in putting the players in the right frame of mind.
Desire, team concepts, and fundamentals are all vital in pursuing the best out of every player. Coaches also
have to be in the right frame of mind to teach the players the correct approach to the game. This is where I
found your article on the Three Step Approach so inspiring and would very much like to distribute it to my
players and other coaches I am associated with. I have printed off a copy for my records and can make copies
or you could send me copies and/or other information you have on softball. Again, exellent article and thank you
very much, not only for sharing this information, but also for any follow-up info that you may have. Thank you,
Doug (dmac@netins.net)
Bob:
Please send me the text version of the Three Step Approach to "mmplayball@aol.com" I would also appreciate
any other info that you have. I manage a 9/10 year old team and am on the board of directors of a large league
in Maryland (1,200 + kids) which has players from age 5 to age 18. I am looking forward to hearing from you.

Subject: Hi from Ball State University in Indiana
Hi, my name is Cristina Acosta, I am currently attending Ball State University on a softball scholarship. This
semester I am not playing with my team due to complicated matters. I happen to be browsing around netscape
when I found your page. I read the BETTER SOFTBALL/BASEBALL -A THREE STEP APPROACH, I found it
to be very useful. My team is not playing up to their capabilities, they have an extremely large amount of talent in
my eyes and being from California I have seen tough softball. Is there any way I could get copies of your THREE
STEP APPROACH, maybe it will help my team put their goals in better perspective. Thank you so much for
your time. Ball State Cardinal Softball, Cristina "Spud" Acosta, 00clacosta@bsuvc.bsu.edu
"I'm interested in entry level drills for teaching the basics correctly. Currently working with 6-9 year old girls in
softball. I want to make sure they are well prepared for the next few years and maintain an interest in softball and
sports in general.", Bill Sherman "bsherman@scana.com"
